Cancellation & Refund Policy 

At Deeptrayam, we strive to promote the cultural heritage of Kathak through our classes and events.

• Admissions: Once admission fees are paid for dance classes/workshops, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Event Tickets: Tickets purchased for our events are non-refundable. However, in case an event is cancelled by us, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Workshops: If a participant cannot attend a workshop after registration, the amount will not be refunded. Subject to availability, the seat may be transferred to another interested participant if informed at least 3 days in advance.

• Deeptrayam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events/classes. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly.
